Learning Mentors
The role of Learning Mentors at The Radclyffe School is to work with students to help provide support, motivation and guidance to help students overcome barriers to learning ensuring that students can achieve their full potential. Within the learning mentors we use a trauma informed approach ensuring that students feel heard and understood. We deliver a range of interventions to support with overcoming barriers to learning and evaluate the success of these interventions frequently. We work with students to help them first understand/ overcome barriers and then develop their independence.
