It is my great pleasure to welcome you to our website and to share with you a detailed insight into the school I am so proud to lead.

The Radclyffe School provides a first-class, comprehensive education in a twenty-first century learning environment.

The highly skilled, experienced and inspirational staff of the school lead our students through a five-year, personalised learning journey in the superb facilities of our flagship school. Our students not only achieve excellent examination results but also develop the broader skills, attributes and habits that will fully equip them for the next steps of their education.

We pride ourselves on the unique approach that we take regarding the development and support of our young people: this includes ‘The Radclyffe Way’ and ‘The Five Respects’ which underpin our daily practice and mission of ‘Working Together for Excellence’.

We also deploy all our staff as Personal Learning Guides (PLGs) who meet with students at the beginning of every school day to ensure that all their learning needs are being fulfilled and that any issues are quickly identified and resolved. In addition, the school is a fully inclusive and ‘Rights Respecting’ organisation which welcomes all children from our local community.
